An accomplished team leader, I have led many successful start-ups, Asia-Europe inbound & outbound market entries & JVs, sourcing and assembling the appropriate consortia, teams and resources. I especially understand first-hand the challenges facing international operations and collaborative opportunities; also the resistance to adopting new product / service paradigms.
